Terms and Conditions for Mum + Baby Yoga Giveaway

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your entry into the Mum + Baby Yoga Giveaway Campaign (“Giveaway”), organised by Solar Lunar (“Organizer”). By entering the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

  • The Giveaway is open exclusively to Gold Coast (Australia) residents who are mothers with babies and are aged 18 years or older.

  • Employees, agents, and immediate family members of the Organizer are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

  • Entries are to be submitted as instructed in the official Giveaway advertisement posted on Facebook and Instagram.

  • The entry period begins on 26th February 2025 and will close at midnight on 28th March 2025.

  • Only one entry per eligible participant is permitted.

  • All entries must be received within the specified entry period.

4. Prize Details

  • The prize is a Mum + Baby Yoga program for 7 weeks plus 1 bonus session.

  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

  • The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value if necessary.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

  • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on Friday, 28th March 2025.

  • The Organizer will notify the winner via a phone call during the days week of 29-30th March 2025, ensuring notification is made within 2 days of the selection date.

  • If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within the specified timeframe, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

6. Publicity

  • By entering the Giveaway, you consent to the use of your name and any content you provide for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

  • Any personal data you provide during entry will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Australian Privacy Principles.

  • Your information will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Giveaway and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

8. Liability and Disclaimers

  • The Organizer is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury (including technical failures, human error, or any other cause) resulting from participation in the Giveaway or from acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.

  • By entering, you release the Organizer from any liability related to the Giveaway.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms and the Giveaway are governed by the laws of Australia.

  • Any disputes arising in connection with the Giveaway will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

10. Modification and Cancellation

  • The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway at any time if circumstances beyond its control arise.

  • Any such modification will not entitle participants to any claim or remedy.

11. Social Media Disclaimer

  • This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.

  • You acknowledge that your participation is solely with the Organizer and that Facebook and Instagram bear no responsibility for the Giveaway.
