Cancellation Policy

WAIVER OF LIABILITY & RELEASE FORM for Maxime Dücker (trading as Solar Lunar | ABN 57986471077) I declare I am over 18 (or have guardian consent) & choose to voluntarily join classes by Maxime Dücker under the brand Solar Lunar. I confirm that I (and my baby/child, if applicable) am in good health, have no known conditions limiting participation, & have consulted a doctor if needed. I understand Solar Lunar classes may involve physical activity—stretching, lifting, or movement—and I’m free to skip anything I’m uncomfortable with. I accept that all exercise carries inherent risk, including injury or (rarely) death. I take full responsibility for my own wellbeing & that of my child during participation. If I’m pregnant or postnatal (within 12 months), I confirm medical clearance & will inform Solar Lunar of any symptoms or risks. I do not suffer from injuries, joint/spinal issues, asthma, heart problems, blood pressure irregularities, pelvic floor dysfunction, epilepsy, hernias, diabetes, chronic illness, bone disorders, recent surgery, or other limiting conditions—unless disclosed. I’ve informed Solar Lunar of any pregnancy, postpartum status, or health concern. I understand Solar Lunar staff are not responsible for diagnosis or treatment. I agree to follow class instructions to ensure a safe experience. I release & hold harmless Maxime Dücker, Solar Lunar & its team from liability for any loss, injury, claim, or damage (including to my child or belongings), & will not pursue legal action. I waive rights to jury trial or punitive damages & understand this waiver may be used in legal defense. I understand some venues may use CCTV/audio for safety & training, accessible only to authorized staff. I accept full responsibility for my belongings & those of my child. I consent to photos/videos taken during sessions being used by Solar Lunar for promotional, editorial, or educational use in any media, without further approval or compensation. I waive rights to inspect, approve, or claim royalties from such content. By checking the box, I confirm I’ve read, understood & agreed to this waiver. It applies to all current & future participation. Under 18s require a parent/guardian signature. Terms may change without notice.
